1. Scope
These terms of service apply to the use of nefoliGIFT (gift.nefoli.de). The provider is Markus Zimmermann, Walter-Jasper-Str. 4, 48282 Emsdetten, Germany. nefoliGIFT is a privately developed project; a Nefoli UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does not currently exist, its founding is merely planned. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Description of the service
nefoliGIFT is a free web application for creating and sharing wishlists, organising group gifts and managing personal events and reminders. There is no entitlement to any particular set of features; the service is provided free of charge.
3. Registration and user account
Some features require an account (email registration or Google login). The information you provide must be accurate. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Limited use without an account is possible via public links.
4. Using wishlists, group gifts and events
Lists, group gifts and events may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes. Via a shared link, people without an account can also contribute ideas, comments, votes or participation commitments. Whoever shares a link decides who receives it. Money pools serve for overview only – nefoliGIFT does not process payments and is not a party to any agreement between participants.
5. Responsibility for submitted content and links
You are responsible for the texts, images, product details and links you submit. Unlawful, offensive, harmful or infringing content must not be posted. We may remove content where there are concrete indications of a legal violation or misuse. The operators of linked external sites are solely responsible for their content.
6. Availability and changes to the service
The service is still being built up. No specific availability is guaranteed; maintenance, outages and ongoing development may cause interruptions. Features may be changed, restricted or discontinued. We recommend not storing important content exclusively in nefoliGIFT.
7. Affiliate links and product information
Product links may be affiliate links. If a purchase is made through them, a commission may be paid; this causes no additional cost for you. Such links are labelled accordingly. Product details such as title, image and price are read automatically from the linked shops and may be outdated or incomplete. The information provided by the respective shop always prevails; purchase contracts are concluded exclusively with the shop.
8. Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions. In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of agreement. As the service is provided free of charge, liability is otherwise excluded. No further liability applies.
9. Termination and account deletion
You can delete your account at any time under “Manage account”; your content will then be deleted or anonymised. We may block or remove accounts or content in case of serious breaches of these terms or if the service is discontinued.

11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be adjusted, for example when new features are added or the legal situation changes. The current version is always available on this page; the stated last-updated date applies. In case of material changes we will inform registered users in an appropriate manner.
